Assist in the operation and maintenance of the companies IT infrastructure. Staff management. Special projects and continuous improvement programs.

Ensure the integrity, accuracy and timeliness of the company's financial accounting records, including the maintenance of external relationships with various financial institutions, taxation authorities, the company's external auditors, group finance and treasury in Finland. Leadership and management of the accounts department staff. Ensure adequate and appropriate processes and procedures are established to give integrity to the monthly, quarterly, and annual reported results provided to the parent company and regional group management. Provide a useable framework for business plan development, assessment and performance tracking, including manufacturing KPIs, annual budgets and forecasting. Control treasury functions including foreign currency exposures, and short-term liquidity positions. Maintain processes and records that ensure the prompt and accurate payment of all company taxes. Assist with the preparation and analysis of capital expenditure proposals and post project evaluations. Working capital management. Assist with special projects and continuous improvement programs.
