As a Construction Manager with Dewberry, I am fully committed to providing top quality professionalism and production on a multi-contracted Program for Loudoun Water, in Loudoun County, VA, I am responsible for the day to day field activities related to the new construction and installation of a 42" - 48" Steel Raw Water Transmission Pipeline starting at.

As a Project Manager I was responsible for construction oversight, ranging from bridge rehabilitation or reconstruction to treatment and distribution of water / wastewater facilities. Many projects included administrative duties regarding pay requests, change orders, RFI's and submittal processing to list a few. The field work responsibilities require me.

Lead pipe crew through the installation of many types of pipes such as water, sewer, storm and electrical. Pipes varied from Ductile iron, steel, concrete to PVC and HDPE. Many other job duties consisted of understanding plans and specifications, site grading and contouring and many labor intensive aspects of construction.

Oversee the functions of the plant and make sure all processes are functioning within the perameters of DEP regulations. Responsible for testing ph levels and sampling from many different areas of the process treatment. Occasionally checking status of pump stations throughout the sewer coverage area.

Maintain all aspects of roadways within the municipality, including but not limited to, snow plowing and removal, sign repair or replacement, emergency or regular maintenance for water mains / sewer mains or storm sewer repair, street sweeping, etc.

Using AutoCAD to design structures for clients needing professional services.

Using state of the art machinery to fold, cut and pack important documents, brochures, advertisements, booklets or junk mail.

Baled and processed rock wool in the factory for the beginning process of creating acoustical ceiling tiles.

Made sure the best franchise burger joint in the southwest was clean and ready for business the next morning.

Played for multiple levels of the organization as a right handed pitcher. The contract was based on the ability to throw very hard - 94 mph and make the major league team in Seattle. Unfortunately the contract had no guarantees associated with it. But it was the best decision an 18 year old could make after being drafted in the 5th round of the June 1993.
