In my current role, I collaborate across multiple departments to provide focused customer service to all employees in the organization. I work closely with the EHS team to release new safety guidelines, Operation Directors and VPs to place our current and new employees in apprenticeship programs, and Human Resources and business leaders to release system changes and business processes information. I enjoy working with the leadership team to identify current and future training needs, safety protocols, and company policy communications.
