Responsible for and.supervise the maintenance, laundry, and housekeeping deparartments for a 89000 sq ft facility. Knowledgable and responsible for fire and disaster procedures as well as overall safety standards to include staff training. Work well within a given budget have proven track record in saving facility money while securing top rated vendors. Manage special projects and hands on supervision of outside contractors. Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal agencies and guidelines. Purchase goods and services facility wide work well with all departments. Have working knowledge with Developmental Disabled clients and Mentally Disabled clients. Proven track record with providing security methods for a locked facility. Transportation Fleet care and management of facility vehicles. I have worked at this facility since 1997 and a total of three different mental health programs. These programs were under ownership of Oconomowoc Residential Services now known as My Path. I have recently retired with 23 plus years of continuous service.
