Developing and managing structural modification packages, including cabin configuration changes and installation of winglets on the B757. Mentoring Technical Engineers in the process and applications employed by British Airways. Analysing and responding to manufacturer Service Bulletins and regulatory Airworthiness Directives.Maintenance programme.

Routine and unscheduled Major, Minor and casualty maintenance, including structural repairs and scrutinising system diagrams for defect research and rectification on both Boeing and Airbus aircraft.
