I lead Enterprise Ireland's Boston and Chicago offices, with responsibility for accelerating the growth of Irish companies across 18 states within the New England and Midwest USA region.In addition, I manage our US teams in the following key sectors across all 50 states; Life Sciences, Digital Health, Agritech, Automotive, International Education, Manufacturing Technology and Services.

Enterprise Ireland is the Irish Government's primary indigenous investment and development agency responsible for the sustainable growth of Irish companies in world markets. I lead the UK ICT team for Enterprise Ireland, and hold the Global Lead role for our Business Process Outsourcing, IT Services, and Talent Management portfolios, providing strategic consulting, and route to market advisory services to Irish technology companies (startups to large enterprises). As part of my brief, I connect and expand Enterprise Ireland’s relationships with C-Level decision makers and investor networks in Ireland and the UK to create and identify market access and business growth opportunities for Irish client companies.

Overseas Lead as part of Enterprise Ireland’s organisational change project with the overall objective of providing efficient and consistent delivery of supports to client companies.Responsibility for creation, and pilot across Enterprise Ireland of a new action orientated framework and tool to increase structured engagement between client companies and Enterprise Ireland’s overseas network.Member of 'Go-to-Market' team in developing a six pillar toolkit to provide colleagues with a structure for collaborating with client companies, focusing on areas including; (i) market validation, (ii) value proposition, (iii) channel strategy, (iv) competitor intelligence, (v) sales process, and (vi) sales & marketing resources.

Managed a portfolio of 120 clients from start-ups to established companies, within construction, engineering, manufacturing, and technology sectors, providing advisory services to influence their internationalisation strategy, and to accelerate their market entry to the Benelux region.Specific focus on identifying and securing opportunities for Irish companies in greenfield and refurbishment CAPEX projects in the Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, and Food Processing industries across Europe.

Established Realex Payments’ office in Amsterdam and validated the potential for a full operational market entry in The Netherlands. As part of this role, I created an initial sales and marketing strategy for The Netherlands line with Realex Payments’ international experience in key sectors, and managed relationships for Realex within the Dutch financial services industry.
