• Developed tools and processes to effectively manage the implementation of new health insurers individual, small group, Medicare and ancillary products for over 170 health insurers nationwide onto the eHealthinsurance.com site. • Designed and led a significant change management initiative to consolidate all teams involved in the SDL process into one department with the objective of improving the delivery of health plan content to production. • Tremendous success in developing year-over-year improvements in content delivery turnaround times and data quality. Developed key performance indicators, and a dashboard to communicate progress to key executive stakeholders. • Ongoing evaluation and testing of individual and small business plan content and design to improve the user experience when shopping for plans offered on the ehealthinsurance.com site.• Worked with health insurers and all internal cross functional departments including Customer Service, Enrollment, Financial Accounting and Product Management to ensure close collaboration on all new product supply implementation initiatives and day-to-day business issues.

Involved in two engagements with PacifiCare and Kaiser.• Worked at Kaiser Permanente as a project manager engaged with corporate e-commerce team, regional membership and marketing systems group managers, and business enterprise-wide stakeholders to monitor and assess current regional e-commerce processes and inventory future requirements and priorities. • Worked at PacifiCare Health Systems as part of the Governmental Compliance project management team tasked with designing workflow processes for the PacifiCare regions to allow for the capture of Medicare and Medicaid qualifying claims and encounter data. Efforts resulted in potential $100 million in revenue retention.
