I like to consider myself a jack of all trades master of some. I have experience over a broad scope of categories, whether that's breaking through a foot of reinforced concrete to save someone trapped below, providing full service travel arrangements to newly weds, conducting company wide awareness training, disarming/disposing IEDs, or helping someone fix their email, I always give my entire effort.Most recently I have had the opportunity to fill multiple roles. First and foremost as a Microsoft administrator, setting up new hires in Active Directory, o365/Exchange, Azure/AAD, and setting up their groups, email, permissions and MFA. I also provide tier 2 support for Microsoft products most commonly Teams and Office, but occasionally Bookings, Dynamics, Flow/Power automate. I also have experience with the Microsoft Security and Compliance center (really anything in o365 admin). I setup the company DLP, alerts, and manage email security.On top of Microsoft specific security, I also fill the role of Security administrator. I manage the Security awareness schedule, training, and phishing training/simulated attacks. Successfully planned, deployed, and trained 400+ users with LastPass password vault, as well as successfully planned, deployed and trained 400+ user with Yubikey 4-5 Multifactor authentication.Between both these responsibilities, I have taken it upon myself to make sure end users are provided with documentation that will not only provide detailed step by step instruction, but organized this information in an easy to find, consolidated library. I have created multiple SharePoint Libraries, working with HR/Education to provide a central place for work guides, policy & procedure, tutorials and more. Working with my counterpart, we have created, updated, and maintained 500+ documents in the last year alone. I personally have created 75+ work guides and tutorials. I tend to learn new skills quickly, efficiently, and enjoy mastering new skills. I find joy helping people and being useful, and the Army made sure I am always prepared and on time. I like making people smile, laugh and have a good time, and I always try to make the best first and last impression; I like to make anything I'm doing fun. I've been told on multiple occasions and reviews, that my patience, problem solving tenacity, ability to recall detailed information, accompanied with a fun, friendly can-do attitude makes me a highly desirable asset, capable of conquering any task.
