Developed and operated an independent consulting practice focusing on Medicaid and Medicare issues. My clients included local governments, health plans, pharmaceutical manufacturers and pharmacy benefit managers.

Led the firm’s efforts with private clients in the public sector practice. Worked extensively with clients on Medicaid matters and headed Navigant’s MMA initiative, coordinating the development of marketing plans and the delivery of services. Clients included state government agencies, local governments, hospitals, pharmaceutical manufacturers, pharmacy benefit managers, managed care plans, professional associations, disease management companies and other organizations.

Was National Director for Medicaid Services for Coopers & Lybrand and because Southeast Regional Team Leader for Managed Care when Coopers & Lybrand merged with PwC. Led Coopers & Lybrand’s Regulatory Practice efforts to provide Medicaid consulting services to the federal government, states and private organizations. As Southeast Regional Team Leader for Managed Care led PWC’s Regulatory Practice efforts to provide managed care consulting services to clients in PwC’s Southeast region.
