Responsible for monitoring AP and AR through research & analysis in order to identify any holds in order to resolve any vendor invoicing or past due invoices needing further approval. Generated weekly reports listing all open receipts without an invoice matched in Oracle. Used the open receipt report to then reconcile against vendors open statements in order to determine which open receipts could be written off. Key Contributions:Collaborated with AP and AR department to resolve exception and rejection invoices on hold by reconciling vendor statements to identify the issues keeping invoices on hold.

Charged with reconciling all general ledger accounts (~450-500), such as accruals, accounts payable / receivable (AP/AR), petty cash, payroll, cash operations, and tax accounts; delivered final reconciliations to Controller for approval. Processed payroll corrections and posted entries for all hourly and salary employees; utilized vlookups to match coding and prepare for final posting. Updated business unit Balance Sheet Rollforwards each month.; Efficiently processed ~100 AP requests each week as well as additional special check requests received after deadline.Requested to assist business units with intercompany transactions (payments, credits, project coding) and additional special projects due to keen attention to detail and strong work ethic.

Set up 25-30 project requests in Oracle each week, communicating closely with Project Accountants. Reviewed and processed ~100 project dataloads each week for final approval and entry. Processed payroll bi-monthly for each US office’s hourly and salary employees (~200 employees) using ADP. Reconciled all payroll accounts from general ledger; generated detailed Excel reports and entered data into pivot tables for final review.
