Working within the RF group of a semiconductor company that design and manufacture RF Transmitter, Transceiver and Phase Lock Loop IC’s. Key responsibilities• Giving Design for Test inputs to the design team.• Wafer Probe and Production Test, hardware development.• Schematic entry and layout. • First silicon debug and data collection at Probe prior to evaluation of package parts.• Data correlation between the test setup and the bench setup.• Development of test and characterisation plans with the design team. • Generation and presentation of Characterisation and Yield Analysis reports.• Develop Multisite Production Capability. • Production support at the subcontractor, Analog Devices Philippines.• Customer support when extra data and evaluation is required.• Management of all test related tasks.• Generating production support documentation.• Support Qualification and Reliability Testing.
