Finally made the move to a support role, working with a wide array of call centre technologies. This provided a experience of call centre technologies from all angles.Worked both in an office environment and remotely, with approx 10 years experience of working remotely.Eager to learn new skills / technologies and always aspiring to expand my knowledge.An accomplished problem-solver who is equally adept when working solo or as part of a team.
