Assist Service Delivery Manager on day to day operation with duties including but not limited to:- Manage a (24x7 / 365) team of 8 agents who are responsible for monitoring and maintaining a fleet of 8,000 office equipment devices through an incident management software, in accordance with ITIL & SIAM models. - Produce daily reports to identify potential challenges and seek resolution from other internal parties to meet customer SLAs, report findings to customer Senior Management. - Produce weekly & monthly reports to analyze and seek trends, implement continuous improvement plans in an effort to reduce incidents. - Seek new talent through a highly selective hiring process, lead interviews and oversee on-boarding. - Team Management including ongoing training and coaching, implementing and updating shift schedules. - Create departmental processes contained within a manual which includes troubleshooting guides, how-to's, and access information. - Help with daily service delivery specialist duties as needed- Asset and fleet management using @remote software- Participate in frequent meetings and conference calls to fledge out new processes and resolve challenges.- Meet customer's expectations and procedures to ensure that the team's goals are properly aligned. - Acts as primary point of contact for print related escalations and inquiries from Print Leads, Business Process Analysts, Project Managers, Technical Leads, IT Tools, National Support Center Management as well as Customer's Senior Manager (including but not limited to Director level)
