A very hard working, dedicated and customer focused individual who has held a wide range of roles within HR. I am able to work equally as well on my own as I do in a team.From September 2013 until January 2020 I worked as a Release and Test Manager on many projects delivering system changes to various applications. I enjoy the challenge of overcoming the many obstacles that projects bring and I have a track record of delivering both simple and complicated projects.In 2018/2019 I worked on a Digital HR project as a Payroll Test Manager. The project was to decommission the previous HR applications and outsource to Workday. My role was to manage the end to end testing of the new payroll solutions for Western Europe and India.As of February 2020 I have been working as a Quality Analyst delivering BAU Global Change Releases within Workday and UK Payroll and Benefit changes alongside our 3rd party payroll and benefit providers.
