This involves frequent travel around the UK to clients’ sites, which range from small companies to larger key account multi-office organisations. I am responsible for tailoring the training to client needs whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times. With the recent introduction of our cloud based software, I have played a key role in defining the training structure and have written most of the training documentation.
