Responsible for the ongoing D&B relationships with all customers in the Technology, Energy & Telco sectors in Ireland. Main aim is to ensure the most effective use of D&B information implemented within these organisations and helping to deliver benefits to the bottom line by introducing the wide suite of D&B solutions across all parts of the business.

Aim of this role is to fully understand both customer needs and requirements as well as the extensive range of D&B solutions with a view to transitioning customers away from transactional type products into more value added solutions - thereby providing the customer with a more efficient workflow that supports more areas of their business and D&B with.

Helped to set up operations for ICC in the Northern Irish market and start prospecting and attracting new customers to the ICC offerings of company documents and credit reports.Had previously worked with another company in the group (Key Note Publications Ltd) until moving to Belfast and being offered this position.

For first 5 years I worked with libraries and universities to bring them the range of Key Note market research reports and solutions and helped to develop the delivery of the information initially onto CD-ROMs and then onto web based platform.Then spent 2 years working with the corporate customers and also providing bespoke solutions based around client.
