In this broad role I was responsible for building and managing the bank’s relationship with its white-label service partner, CMC Markets Stockbroking Limited (CMC), the provider of the ANZSI online trading platform. The position involved ensuring contractual terms and obligations were managed, tracked and reported, whilst concurrently providing product management and development in collaboration with CMC.- Developed and managed relationships and contracts with ANZSI’s key service partner and stakeholders, both internal and external- Planning and executing tactics to deliver key business strategies and targets- Responsible for oversight on the nature and scope of present and future product features by reviewing product specifications, requirements and prioritisation; appraising new product ideas and changes- Engagement with senior stakeholders to drive enhancements to service offerings, communicate performance and resolve issues - Ensure business adherence to regulatory requirements, ANZ compliance, product and contract management policies and procedures

Research and Analysis (R&A) is a credit analyst and client relationship role, responsible for providing credit support and relationship management in collaboration with the Relationship team within ANZ’s Institutional banking division.

This role was responsible for the execution of Cash Equity and Exchange Traded Option trades. It required the timely placement, authorisation and monitoring of orders on the ASX/Cboe equity and derivatives markets for clients (both institutional and retail) with a high level of customer service.2014-2015 seconded to lead and manage 4 FTE. DTR manager was also responsible for risk management of the derivatives book, executed team strategic goals and acted as the responsible executive for trade execution.
