I have significant experience in the Real Estate sector following 9 years as owner and manager of one of Christchurch's largest property management companies, involved in residential and commercial management. I have recently completed my national Diploma in Real Estate.

Harcourts Phoenix Property Management was one of the largest property management companies in the South Island with more than 500 properties under management.I managed a staff of seven to ensure we delivered excellent service to our clients. Services included property management, property inspections, rental valuations, tenancy selection and management.
