I have been working in the Unified Communications industry since 2009 starting off as a field engineer supporting NEC PBXs. Over the years I became a UC Technical Specialist after gaining knowledge and experience installing and supporting both legacy and VoIP platforms in the enterprise market. I was responsible for migrating customers onto the latest UC technologies offering both options for a full migration or as a phased/hybrid approach for coexistence between on-premise PBXs and Microsoft UC solutions. Since 2016, I have shifted from traditional on-premise UC to cloud UCaaS/CCaaS and Direct Routing. I have a strong background in SBCs and experience with O365, M365 and Azure. I am very passionate about Microsoft Teams and the shift to cloud technology to support business communications. I now concentrate on enhancing Teams telephony utilising the MS Power Platform, AI and Contact Centres.
