Category: NSW, Jordan, AT, BBall, Core Performance of Nike ) Set up chemical process and audit Stockfit & Assembly line make sure follow MQA/BP/SOP. Well knowledge and experiences about RB/IP/PU/ Adhesive process. Support and solve abnormal about chemical issues & Training and audit factory follow up SOP/ PFC/ MQA strictly. Check design of new model to find out potential risk to bonding quality, upper material risk to color migration and prevent it to make excellent shoes Set up new MCS and 2nd approval for new material. Window to communicate with Nike and Factory to solveproblem if have. Summarize physical test of finished shoes and review result .suggest action plan to improve if failed. Find out and prevent potential risk affect to bonding quality, color migration, wrinkles, materials failure... Test and review result physical properties new materials and finished shoes need to meet MPS/PTRSS for each development stage NIKE (PA/PRO/KAPM/RFC...) Find out the root-cause and study ways to improve to solve issue & failed testing items. Checking colors of soles & upper base on color swatch and samles, review and analize data, compare to precious seasons, decide to final sample for mass production follow up. Confirm BPFC, CSS (Component Specification Standard), PFC (Process Flow Chart) related to CE responsibility &Issue RFC and BPFC report. Trial MST (Model Size Trial), update BPFC and test .requirement to follow up Nike and feedback it.
