Doing upwards of 100 deliveries across NR34 postcodes

After setting up this new venture in June 2016, I managed to build HRGO Driving East Anglia to one of the leading suppliers of temporary driving staff to East Anglia's transport sector. Supplying drivers of all categories but specializing in HGV has enabled HRGO Driving to build and grow rapidly in a very short space of time achieving 200 filled shifts within 6 months of trade. The business required me to manage a team of 4 to continue the high levels of service and support of all the clients we are lucky to work with. Conducting financial budget plans, achieving branch KPI's, overseeing compliance and audits, interacting with the clientele, overseeing payroll, managing operational costs and expenditure are also roles I undertook before leaving for better opportunities.

After being given the opportunity of building a new logistics desk covering the Essex county I successfully established ARC to working with some of the biggest names in the country. After starting in June 2015 with no client base or temp staff I alone managed in 4 months to build a non existent desk into making just under £1000.00 GP per week. This involved servicing local based businesses and blue chip companies in the area 24 hours a day 7 day a week. I also recruited all my temp staff which involved advertising and compliance checks. Culina Logistics and Anglia Crown are some of the names I managed to bring to ARC at the time. I also managed to initially set up ARC's first national service agreement with Downton Group.

Given the role of managing the day to day running of the Logistics side of ARC for the whole of Norfolk, I helped push the ARC name further and further up the recruitment ladder. Offering local and corporate companies the highest level of support and service I have generated strong working relationships within the transport sector. Managing consultants weekly plans, screening staff and conducting payroll for all the driving staff on a weekly basis are some of the other tasks I undertook. I was rewarded by the company in winning the ARC Consultant of the year award for 2013. After taking a new position within ARC (New Starter Manager Role) I left the Norfolk Driving desk operating at a yearly GP of £225,000 a massive improvement on figures based previous. 75% of that yearly GP total was through my own billing clients.

Researching and cold calling companies worldwide who operate at annual profit margins of around 20million GP. After making contact I would be liaising with the M.D, Chairman or President of them companies to arrange telephone interviews with an editor of the magazine. Also I would be tasked with having to contact their valuable clientele so I could offer advertisement opportunities within the major articles. I would be looking to broaden the profile of the suppliers business within the B2B market. In just over 2 months of selling advertisement space I managed to bring in over 45,000 euros for the company. In my short time I managed to initiate contact and deal with major brands such as Toyota and the Jindal Group.

Organising team sales activities and daily/weekly targets, holding corporate/team meetings regarding area and sales focus, checking and revising paperwork as well as achieving a high personal standard of sales figures.

Working within a team of 4 canvassing door to door promoting the local milk delivery service in the area. Targets were to sign up local residents to having their milk delivered with the target being 8 per day and 40 per week. In 2 years of working for ADP I never failed to hit my target of 40 registrations. I was later head hunted for another role with MCR.
