Own and Manage real estate. My Partner and I got into the real estate market to build an investment portfolio that would sustain itself and grow over time. We found ourselves in a unique spot that allowed us to help families above and beyond typical landlord boundries. A self preservarence thru good deeds. So far this has worked very well for us even thru the difficult economy and down housing market. "Helping make our house, you're home!"

With the help of my Product Development team members we develop new and revolutionary products and introduce them into the market place. These products are generally patentable food processing machinery or processes. This fast paced team uses 3d Cad modeling and prototyping to design and prove out these products.

Started iDS! to create a group of proficient Autodesk Inventor Designers and Engineers that provide a wide range of Drafting, Design, Consulting, and Training solutions relative to "Real World" experiences. We can provide an extension of resources for many industry specific products such as Production Models & Drawings, Custom (one off's), 2D to 3D conversions, Animations, Renderings, and Rapid Prototyping.Our innovative team approach is capable of providing a quality on-time deliverable that captures design intent driven by parameters. iDS! strives to apply these advanced methodologies and workflows to every project allowing the customer to quickly evaluate and modify the design.We host training sessions and consulting services to enhance your workflows and processes specific to your company's existing operations. Implementation Strategies, Advanced Parametric Solid Modeling Methodologies, Skeletal Modeling, Hardware and Software tweaks and recommendations are just a few.

Produced techical drawings of complex machinary using Autodesk Inventor 3d for an extremely large project (Northrop Grumman's USPS FSS System Technical Manual). Also worked on several new design projects. Created animations and rederings for customer presentations.

Held many different positions during my 14 years with Leggett & Platt (formerly Goer Mfg.). Started as a Co-op drafting and designer, Implimented and headed Quality Assurance program, held position of Sales Engineer where I visited customers, fast tracked and QC'd installation of our product. Promoted to Engineering Supervisor for the last 5 years there.

Supervisor for A.M. operations. Directed large group of employee's in a very fast paced environment. Responsible for production numbers on a daily bases.
