 Working on RTMS, completing full invoicing for clients, navigating DT’s. Working on SAP, keeping vendor spread sheet up to date. Checking customer invoicing and gathering documents attached to the invoice, and sending it to the client. Preparing daily, weekly and monthly cash report. Preparing monthly petty cash report. Contacting and meeting with various vendors and suppliers. Assisting in clearing balance due amounts, and answering questions to resolve disputed invoice amounts. Maintain inventory control of various aspects of corporate purchasing. Worked on special projects for KOT in regards to past invoices. Maintain client invoice spreadsheet up to date. Create customer draft invoice on the system, to be checked by base manager. Pay required bills for staff house and related expenditures for the company international staff

Monthly Payroll for over two hundred employees.Reconciliation between employees and client bills (on a monthly basis).P & L sheet for the end of each month for review by management
