Leading the rotor system and rotor blade organization for Boeing Attack Helicopters. Responsible for rotor system development projects: FLRAA rotor blades (Blackhawk replacement aircraft), HPRB rotor blades (Little Bird advanced configuration), AH-64 propeller & tail rotor (Apache advanced configuration), FARA propeller & rotors (OH-58 replacement aircraft). Responsible for Apache & Little Bird rotor system full product life cycle including: RCCA issue resolution with production of composite rotor blades and metallic rotor heads, field safety, and supplier oversight. Duties also include functional management of staffing level and project assignments for the organization, employee engagement through staff meetings and the PM process, management of overhead budget, earned value management & technical assessments, team mentoring, as well as communication to executive leadership & customers.

Led team designing & developing composite rotor blades, rotor head, main rotor control system, main rotor drive system, prop clutch system, composite prop shafting system, propeller gearbox, prop control system, and composite propeller. The Joint Multi-Role (JMR) aircraft (BLACKHAWK replacement) designed, built, test, and flew a 30,000 lb class new architecture aircraft. Responsibilities included technical mentoring and management of 5 IPT Leads and 79 engineers from 2 companies in 4 states as well as managing a development budget in excess of $175M. Managed development of several new technologies as well as supplier management of forgings, machined parts. Management of in house composite part fabrication, sub-system assembly processes, safety of flight ground testing, aircraft installations, Do-Not-Exceed limits (DNE), and flight qualification.

Led structural analysis team for the S76D program (new composite main blades, new composite tail rotor blades, updated tail rotor head). Conceptual design, first parts, ground testing in support of flight test and FAA certification.

Led development for composite rotor blades, composite rotor aero fairings, composite airframe fairings, rotor head structure, and mechanical flight controls. Engineering team leadership, supplier management (Eagle Aviation Tech), fatigue testing, development of Do Not Exceed (DNE) Limits, FAA experimental flight release, and flight test support.Part of a team of 25 winning the 2010 US Collier Award, doubling helicopter speed, improved agility
