In my current position with the Project Management Team. My responsibilities are to plan manage all of the major capital unit outage and new project work. Manage work order backlogs to support the project activities, materials management and procurement, generated purchase requests and contract agreements through SAP and communicate expeditures to the Project Managers and Project Control Analyst. Manage project budgets estimates veruses actuals. Executing bid packages and estimates for project approvals. Also, interaction with the construction teams to assure the projects are on schedule and within the budgets. I facilitate the Site Utilization Team to coordinate staging of equipment and materials to support major outage projects. Provide P-6 scheduling and activities to the project team.
