In addition to developing a support team I was brought on to assist in production and installation of our equipment and take over the Salesforce responsibilities which included maintaining, updating and improving the layout of the company’s Salesforce page such as adding new fields, creating reports, creating workflow rules, assigning permissions to new and old users and improving on the existing pages functionality and layout. Other responsibilities included assisting in assembly of all Rhythm equipment such as radar units, equipment panels, junction boxes, CPU’s, camera units, POE injectors, wiring all of the assembled equipment together and testing its functionality as well as making sure it has the correct polarity and terminating Cat5 & Cat6 cables for transmitting data and power.• Assist in the RMA and repair department making sure the equipment that needs servicing is done to company standards and shipped back to partner as fast as possible.• Perform quality assurance on computer boards shipped in from our distribution centers such as voltage testing and proper data transmission before assembling into the final components.There are many other aspects to this job and I would love to share them with you.
