Almost ten years of experience working in a Systems Administrator Role. Responsibilities have included maintaining user accounts in Active Directory, as well as maintaining functioning workstations, peripherals, printers, scanners, and ensuring systems stayed current on security and software patches through SCCM 2012. Experience with VMware to troubleshoot end user issues and monitor remote sessions. Troubleshooting experience involving Group Policy, including creating and modifying existing policies. - Worked with a variety of brands and models of printers, scanners, and multifunctional devices including HP, Lexmark, Ricoh, Xerox, Konica Minolta, and Dell including configuration in a PKI environment.- Experience working in a Windows environment, Active Directory, and troubleshooting hardware issues both onsite as well as remote solutions.- Utilization of Powershell scripting for automation.- Troubleshooting experience with VPN and general TCP/IP issues.- Utilizing System Center Configuration Manager 2012 to patch PCs as well as creating and deploying of Operating Systems, including Windows 7 and Windows 10.
