As a District Manager for Purolator International, it is my task to develop our Eastern District team for success. I work to develop all my team members to be forward thinking, purposeful and customer centric. My belief is that these three pillars will create the best supply chain partner for our clients for today and for tomorrow. My goal is to provide a work environment that breeds long term and consistence goal attainment for each team member but also a workplace where every team member is a valued member of our team from a cargo handler to a gateway manager. A critical factor to that is to nurture their desire to drive behaviors to realize their fullest potential. At the end of the day our team will win together, learning and pushing each other over the goal line for our personal success and corporate success.From a customer perspective my goal is to build the right solutions for our customers supply chain needs, which considers IT design/solution, customs, and physical movement of the shipment. I take a consultative approach which allows the customer to be an active participant in the solutions we build from our product offerings. All our solutions, involve a multifaceted team including, customer support, transportation, gateway operations, customs brokerage, billing, and technical IT solutions. My approach is to share a common goal to with all our partners to grow their business and hit our shared goals we have together.
