• To Provide facilities management support to 39,000 square foot, head office and also 20 Towry offices across the UK.• Carry out building audits to ensure full health and safety compliance and high standards of cleanliness and tidiness within each office.• Management and coordination of National M&E, and Security contracts.• Project management of all Capex Engineering projects, ensuring that works are completed within budget and on time.• Manage and authorize the buildings permit to work scheme ensuring high levels of compliance within the contractors RAMS. • Undertake contract reviews, tenders and negotiations with multiple vendors.• Meet regularly with contractors and suppliers to monitor costs, SLA’s and KPI’s• Co-ordination of project activity such as inter office moves and refurbishments• Supervisory responsibility for members of the head office facilities team in support of the FM.• Support and maintain CAFM Helpdesk. Ensuring that requests are action within set SLA’s and requesters are informed throughout the resolution process.• Monitoring costs, raising purchase orders and authorizing invoices through the CODA procurement system.

• Responsible for day to day facilities for 8 UK regional offices and 2 IE offices• Property management of 8 leasehold offices• Managing facilities helpdesk and Supervision of reception and dispatch staff • Managing both hard and soft services, ensuring all service providers meet SLA’s and deliver KPI’s• Responsible for tendering services and contractors in accordance with company policy• Ensuring Staff and contractors adhere to corporate Health and Safety Policy• Liaising with Landlords on all building issues and representing the company at Tenant meetings• Organising office moves, openings and closures and supervising refurbishments• Conducting Health and Safety Risk assessments and training Managers and staff in ergonomic practices• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Fire Safety Regulations via routine inspections, evacuations and regular maintenance of safety equipment• Championing environmental improvements and incorporating green solutions in day to day activities of the function • Handling invoice authorization and ensuring compliance with budgets
