• Undertake contract reviews, tenders and negotiations with multiple vendors.

• Responsible for day to day facilities for 8 UK regional offices and 2 IE offices
• Property management of 8 leasehold offices
• Managing facilities helpdesk and Supervision of reception and dispatch staff
• Managing both hard and soft services, ensuring all service providers meet SLA’s and deliver KPI’s
• Responsible for tendering services and contractors in accordance with company policy
• Ensuring Staff and contractors adhere to corporate Health and Safety Policy
