S.W.A.T. Sergeant: Supervise and assist tactical operations to include High Risk Warrant Entries, Barricaded Subjects/Hostage Threat Mitigation, Active Shooter Response, HVT Security Details, QRF response during mass gatherings. Patrol Supervisor: Direct resources, manage critical incidents, review and approve reports, conduct annual reviews of police personnel, identify training needs and implement appropriate solutions, manage manpower to provide adequate response to 911 calls for service.Crime Reduction Unit (C.R.U.) Sergeant:Supervise a small, division level unit, designed to combat violent crime, narcotics and division level crime trends. This is accomplished thru assisting local, state and federal partners in the furtherance of various level investigations into a variety of crimes. This unit conducts its own independent investigations, both uniformed and plain clothed, as well as provide an immediate response to priority crimes in progress.

Tactical Operations - High Risk Warrant service, Violent Offender Apprehension, Hostage/Barricaded Suspect Mitigation, Covert Apprehensions, Dignitary Protection and Downed Officer Rescue etc.Technology Team Leader -I supervise the technology discipline of the CMPD S.W.A.T. Team. This includes all of the robotics and specialized camera equipment assigned to the team. I coordinate and facilitate training with the specialized equipment and ensure the team members and equipment and readily available and deployable to critical incidents 24/7. General Instructor *Specialized Drivers Training InstructorI regularly assist with recruit training in Suspect Encounters, Robbery Response and Building Clear training. I additionally assist with Emergency Police Vehicle Operations Training (Drivers Training). I help facilitate monthly CRU training on a variety of disciplines with a main focus on building entry/clears and suspect encounters. As a member of the CMPD S.W.A.T Team, I am also trained with the proper use of the following equipment: Bear, Bear Cat and Dragoon Armored Vehicles Operations. M4 Assault Rifle, 40mm Launcher (blast dispersion and direct impact rounds), 12gauge Bean Bag rounds, Taser, Pepper Ball, FN303, various Camera Systems, Hooligan Entry Tool and FSDD's. I have also been trained in Trauma/Combat Casualty Care (TCCC)
