I also work closely with our faculty and Associate Network to ensure that we have the capability to resource those solutions, both now and in the future. In partnership with each client I discover the requirements, design the solution, deliver the solution as part of a team which encompasses University faculty, and evaluate the impact. I act as the “red thread” throughout the intervention, working with the client to embed the solution within their organisation and measuring the impact. I have worked with a range of clients including the Ministry of Defence, Atos, BAE Systems, HSBC, Marks and Spencer, Qatar Energy, Etisalat, and Senior Civil Service.My bid submission for a European Foundation for Management Development "Excellence in Practice" Award, won Silver in 2021 for our Cranfield/Atos Programme Manager Masterclass. • I currently lead a client portfolio totalling more than £2 million p.a. as well as supporting our intellectual capital network to ensure that our clients are best-served by the right combination of expert faculty, visiting fellows and associates• Write, create and appear in video-based collateral including programme promos, faculty webinars, interviews and teaser-trailers for development events• Regularly write blogs for to share our intellectual capital and build our brand; usually solo-authored but also collaborative creations• Continue to proactively establish and maintain key collaborations with organisations such as Mercuri Urval, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Insead, Mannheim Business School, KornFerry Hay Group, Pern Kandola and MIT Sloan• Use my Mandarin and Spanish language skills to strengthen collaborative working.
