I managed a detailed records of grant funding, pledges, and other campaigns undertaken by the External Affairs Department, utilizing a strong knowledge of CRM’s, various payment software, and data analysis tools.I also have worked within the Accounting department to complete the month-end close, investigate financial inconsistencies in regards to revenue, facilitate accounts payable, and other accounting-related projects as assigned.I facilitate and track all matching gift donations through various mediums. My experience in CRM programs has helped me develop a project to integrate multiple databases in order to broaden the scope of our constituency. I play lead guitar and sing in a local-regional music group called The Chewy Center. Outside of the artistic and creative enjoyment, I have thrived in the managerial side of music. I manage all media & communications with booking agencies, venues, studios, artists, and partners alike. In our time, we have grown a strong local following and established strong ties in the Northeast Ohio music community. After the band's release of the first full length record, 'Happy You're Here' in September of 2020, we have taken advantage of outdoor show opportunities in light of COVID-19, radio & podcast appearances, and appearances on curated playlists around the world. Performance has vastly improved my public speaking and presentation skills in the workplace.The skills that I have developed in my artistic career have greatly strengthened my skillset in my professional career.

I coordinated the planning of our major fundraising events such as the Gift of Life Walk & Run and the Legacy of Life Experience. I organized and facilitated open houses, receptions for high level donors, professional conferences, and the Legacy of Life Gala. I prided myself in providing a memorable experience to guests, supporters, and stakeholders. I created budgets, worked with our vendors, booked talent, arranged logistics, and led teams of volunteers to create these experiences.I managed and maintained our fundraising database & online giving platforms. I am proficient in Raiser's Edge, NetCommunity,Team Raiser, and various support applications such as Wufoo and Stripe. I created and led a data cleanup process of our entire constituent database, resulting in defined processes, greater usage of our software assets, and strategic planning. I had the honor of speaking multiple times at the AOPO Fund Development Conference on the importance and essentials of database health for a fundraising department. Creating reports, in-depth queries, and forecasts are all valuable tools in fundraising strategy.

I assisted Development Executives in planning and implementing fundraiser for 3,000-5,000 people raising almost $300,000 dollars annually. Using Blackbaud software, I created our Walk & Run fundraising website as well as fundraising reports which were used to track progress and to create new programs for participants. I wrote grant requests and in-kind requests to various companies who have funded our outreach events throughout the year.I acted as the primary support contact for constituents, team captains, and board members in regards to online donation tracking for our annual Walk & Run. Working with the Events Coordinator, I maintained audit records of all donated items totaling approximately $5,000 to ensure proper financial reporting and to plan requests for the next year. We also facilitated the committee that implements the annual Walk & Run and acts as the group’s secretary. Another wonderful opportunity was the ability to represent Lifebanc at various functions to be the face of organ donation, answer questions, and register people to maybe one day save a life.

As a lifeguard and later as a manager, I worked with the lifeguard staff to uphold pool rules and promote safety of all patrons. I often had to work with families and members of the local community to ensure consistently safe conditions, assist with ongoing events at the pool complex, and maintain accurate records of chemical levels and patronage.
