Responsibilities include:• Developing and executing strategic plans for human resource operations • Developing and managing the entire human resource analytics program• Working with all business divisions to establish workforce planning guidelines for hiring within budgetary limitations • Overseeing and approving position descriptions across a wide range of professional positions to include attorneys, financial managers, paralegals, program analysts, human resource analysts and IT specialists• Developing recruitment strategies to attract and retain highly skilled personnel • Serve as principal civilian for diversity, equity and inclusion programs to include mentoring, program development, recruiting and training• Oversee all staffing, pay setting and salary approval for civilian personnel • Settlement authority for all Equal Opportunity Cases• Direct all performance management programs to include appraisals, awards and disciplinary actionsEstablished a worldwide service center in Bremerton, Washington.
