I build, scale, and manage end-to-end Finance and Accounting operations for small-to-midsized businesses, including disruptive startups and private-equity-owned portfolio companies in need of quick transformation.My career includes establishing efficient, highly flexible financial policies, programs, technologies, and processes for numerous startups on behalf of private equity firms and venture capitalists, in addition to driving in-house operations as a Corporate Controller and Senior Financial Consultant for consulting firms serving both public- and private-sector clients. In total, I’ve created and advanced the financial infrastructure of well over 100 organizations, with extremely hands-on ownership of day-to-day strategy and operations for 10 of them.With a strong background as a senior consultant, I team up with senior executives, investors, and partners to map out the long-range plan for the company and produce insightful analyses to bolster decision-making every step of the journey.I am extremely proficient in installing and integrating cloud technologies such as ERPs, project management platforms, and accounting software that unify and streamline operations globally. My earliest work experience focused exclusively on implementing and integrating financial systems and setting up reporting architecture.In Finance, it’s important to be able to remain calm under pressure and to keep a bit of humor at hand.
