David Dewar is a founding partner and principal of Trillium Residential, LLC, a builder and manager of award-winning, luxury multi-housing properties. David directs finance, development and acquisition of each asset, as well as is intimately involved in the architecture, design and management components.Mr. Dewar has conceived and developed more than 10,000 multi-family units and is distinguished in the Phoenix market for pioneering luxury boutique hotel-inspired design and management elements and high technology amenity offerings. Projects range from in-fill mixed-use urban communities to garden-style communities in burgeoning corridors.David is currently a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO), National Multi-housing Council, National Apartment Association and Urban Land Institute. David Dewar was previously on the Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Advisory Board for Capital Title Group, Inc., a regional publicly-traded company based in Phoenix which was recently purchased by LandAmerica. In addition, David is on the Board of Directors for Vital Insight Group, a Toronto based customer experience management (CEM) software business that transforms how companies interact with their customers. Vital Insight Group’s proprietary software generates insightful data that arms companies with the knowledge to take corrective action, improve customer satisfaction, drive loyalty and make more strategic business decisions. David is on the Board of Directors for Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon’s Phoenix Global Trade Initiatives.
