David and Les Litwin partnered in an acquisition rehab platform called Mode Apartments where they bought, renovated, and sold several smaller in-fill apartments in Phoenix Arizona.Previously as co-founder and Principal of Trillium Residential, where David headed up all acquisition, development, capital markets, pre-management, and asset management functions. Trillium won numerous accolades and awards and developed 3,219 units. He was also the co-founder of Magellan Real Estate Investments, acquiring 4,457 units, developing 3,847 units, as well as approximately 1,000,000 square feet of commercial office and a 1,240-acre master-planned community in Indio Ca. David graduated from Toronto Metropolitan University with a Bachelor of Technology in Project Management and a minor in Economics. He resides in Paradise Valley, Arizona, with his wife, and they have four children. David enjoys photography, food, and hockey.
