Responsible for incoming and outgoing material. Stage, package, and prepare all customer orders. Maintain store and warehouse inventory. Monitor store profit and loss, by providing suggestions for achieving store goal. Oversee warehouse staff performance and training. Unload truck deliveries and work through SAP. Prior to my start date at The Tile Shop, in 2018, the store was ranked the 4th warehouse in the State of Florida; now in 2020 ranked 1st.

Tampa/St. Petersburg, Florida Area

Responsible for all route loading and assignment of staff workload for the afternoon and evening shift. Supervise 16 warehouse direct reports including full-time, part-time, and temporary staff. Staff is responsible utilizing forklifts and other equipment to load Coca-Cola truck routes nightly. Additional duties include but not limited to hiring, employment terminations, scheduling, evaluation and development of staff, and other duties as assigned.
