• Manage activities related to the processing of customer orders and requests.• Provide leadership and guidance to the Customer Service team.• Oversee the maintenance of customer part number and master data.• Develop, implement, and maintain processes in JDE to ensure proper handling of customer orders and account information.• Assist Finance/AR with matters involving revenue recognition or past dues.• Provide support and historical sales information to the Sales team.• Work closely with the Project Management team regarding milestone billing.• Collaborate with Manufacturing to resolve conflicts in meeting customer demands.• Serve as the site International Trade and Compliance Officer (ITCO).• Prepare export documents for international shipping and maintain related files.• Analyze product bills of material to determine Free Trade Agreement qualification.• Participate in Kaizen and Lean events for site process improvement.

Respond to Customer needs via phone, fax, or email.Enter Customer orders into accounting software.Handling expedite requests and other special shipping needs of Customers.Assist with Accounts Recievable and past due accounts.Review shipping documents and prepare for invoicing process.Prepare Export DocumentationMaintain database software, prepare and create reports for various uses.
