As the president of Kel Kris Construction, Inc, I provided all project estimates, negotiated all contracts, provided field engineering, drafted details for field personnel, coordinated all projects, developed a great team of long term employees, provided all scheduling, set day to day onsite material ordering/delivery and helped general contractors monitor work sites for potential safety issues in order to provide the highest quality finished concrete product.

My first, solely owned concrete construction company, providing field engineering, supervision, equipment, labor & materials to install commercial building foundations, slabs & miscellaneous site concrete. Due to a payment dispute and while envolved in a lengthy legal process for work provided installing foundations for the NC Museum of History, Raleigh, NC, I opened Kel Kris Foundation Company in 1991 (named after my daughters Kelly & Kristi) which I incorporated in 1993 to continue business in the commercial concrete construction industry.
