Manage the integration & conversion of independent businesses in to our company. Perform Due Dilligence & site audit of converting businesses.Lead the transformation of our stores under our Sapphire program creating 'Best Store in Town' for our members. Establishment of trading characteristics and catchment profiles.Member Intelligence – Develop/maintain network database, store profile database and provide recommendations by store/catchment area against current network.Facilitate annual store bench mark study and provide consolidated report to executive.Facilitate and grow member performance group program ensuring sharing of best practice. Focus on measuring and improving performance.Member of Mitre10 leadership team since August 2005.Member elected representative, policy committee for M10A Superannuation fund, 8 years.

National stores development, including production of capex, joinery and maintenance of G21 manuals.Development and implementation of a compliance and auditing program for company owned stores.Management of external/internal implementation teams.Establishment of policy & procedure manuals for company owned stores as required by OLA.Creation of store standards manual as required for new Operating Licence Agreement (OLA).Develop and implement HR infrastructure for company owned stores including recruitment, position descriptions, reward & recognition and OH&S programs.Implementation of design standards across business.Network development including demographics and competitor/member intelligence, maintenance of all databases. Preferred supplier negotiation for services. Management of national bench mark study and performance group program.Acquisition of company owned stores, due diligence and transition.Establish generic budget for acquisition of stores.
