Responsibilities include a territory of 13 western states employing up to 124 employees in delivering quality multi-line claim management services, to include commercial general liability, construction defect, personal and commercial auto, professional liability, workers compensation, to over 75 of the corporations approximately 180 active corporate, insurer, reinsurer, risk management and program clients. Fiduciary responsibilities representing over $500,000,000 in client assets/liabilities. Overall regional profit and loss accountability, to include financial, staffing models and performance administration. Developed approved vendor panels in managed care, adjusting services, litigation management, as well as expert panels. Administered and participated in due diligence reviews on client acquisition programs. Participated and serve as senior regional manager of the large loss claim committee review program. Oversee ongoing local quality control performance measurements including closed file reviews and evaluations. Identify and develop key customer service criteria as part of our overall quality assurance and value creation efforts.
