Oversight of the Foundry program consisting of 50 Army civilians and 150 contractors with an approximate contract value of $35M, charged with supporting collective training events for all Army active, reserve, and National Guard intelligence Soldiers. Responsible for coordinating with Department of the Army, Forces Command, the Intelligence Center of Excellence, and global geographic commands. Major contributions:• Implemented a centralized IT services center along with executing a supporting $5M equipment buy• Developed and deployed procedures to connect national agency to tactical requirementsincorporating multi-echelon support for company to geographic component command-level events• Led the modernization for training support to two, three, and four-star command-level exercises• Assisted leaders at Fort Riley, Hood, and Lewis develop requirements for intelligence training ranges

Primary Science and Technology advisor for the director of the Mission Command Center of Excellence, guiding the development of concepts, doctrine, investment in new technology, and design of experimental units. Responsible for conducting studies and experiments of emerging technologies and providing program development/transition guidance to army/defense science and technology organizations including the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Army Futures Command, Army Research Labs, and Communications Electronics Research Development Engineering Command. Significant contributions:• Increased contract support team value from $400K to $2.2M• Successfully developed an Other Transaction Authority contract "Artificial Intelligence for MissionCommand" valued approximately $1.75M• Developed, funded, and conducted three technology studies valued at $900K total• Developed and taught an elective course for two iterations at the Command and General StaffCollege entitled “Science and Technology in Mission Command”

Attended the Army's Command and General Staff College and completed the Masters of Military Arts and Science degree resulting in an MA in Strategic Studies. Thesis title, "Rethinking Food: How United States Agriculture Production affects Security Policy and Global Markets."

Primary intelligence advisor to a two-star installation command supporting 9,000 Soldiers and civilians with three proponents - Chemical Corps, Military Police, and Engineer branches. Responsible for all aspects of security policy including physical, personnel, and information security. Provided leaders force protection analysis, acquisition and foreign disclosure support, liaison with local FBI. Major accomplishments:• Identified and corrected errors allowing four programs Husky, Common Remotely Operated WeaponStation, Spider, and Medium Mine Protected Vehicle to contract; estimated total value of $1.8B• Optimized security clearance processing increasing throughput from 1,000 to 3,000 people annually

Plans and Exercises officer for the 32nd AAMDC – a one-star command charged with coordinating regional Army air and missile defense. Responsible for planning and executing all intelligence support to command level events. Provided intelligence support for deploying missile defense units for Iranian force threats. Represented the command to national intelligence agencies during information exchanges and planning events. Major accomplishments:• Deployed to U.S. Air Force Central Command in Qatar (Aug 10 – Jul 11) providing intelligenceanalysis to the U.S. Air Force leaders during the Arab Spring and Libyan Air Campaign• Supported 20+ major air defense exercises with Iranian ballistic missile and rocket threat dispositionand doctrine supporting theater Army, Navy, and Air Force readiness• Led the fielding of Tiger/Aware into Al Udeid Air Base, new software used for threat ballistic missilelaunch monitoring and mission planning

Intelligence officer supporting the Future Combat Systems (FCS) Program – the Army’s largestmodernization effort to date. Technical expert responsible for both training and evaluation for two of three initial deployment programs: Tactical and Urban Unattended Ground Sensor programs. Providedintelligence support to the live, virtual, and constructive development of the supporting FCS programscenario through two major acceptance tests. Major accomplishments:• Provided in-person briefings to members of Congress, their military advisors, The Secretary of theArmy, and The Army Chief of Staff informing senior leaders regarding the impact of new sensortechnologies on intelligence gathering• Developed and executed New Equipment Training for both tactical and urban sensor programs• Collaborated with the Program Manager for Distributed Common Ground System-Army to develop anew unclassified version of software to support acceptance tests
