David DiPasquale was born and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania (Berwick). He is a graduate of Columbia Montour AVTS and taught Electrical Occupations there for twenty two years. During his teaching tenure he coached wrestling and help the Bloomsburg High School team to a state championship in 2004. He also worked as an independent consultant, helping many manufacturers achieve their goals in workforce development. David is current serving as the Administrative Director at the Bedford County Technical Center. David earned a Masters Degree in Workforce Education and Development from Penn State University and Bachelors degree in Industrial/Technical Education from Millersville University. He holds a Vocational Directors certificate and is presently the Administrative Director at the Bedford County Technical Center. David is also active in his community. He serves on the Bedford County Development Association Board of Directors and is the President of the United Way of Bedford County Board. David is married to Amy, his wife of 33 years. Amy and David have two children together. Sarah lives and works in Chicago, Illinois as a Senior Food Technologist for Bay Valley Foods. His son Andrew lives in Portsmouth, New Hampshire and works for Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Senior Business Systems Analyst.
