I am a very hard working individual. I was raised with good values and morals in Northern Minnesota. I learned many trades over the last 10 years at my families business, R&D Resort. It taught me many skills and lessons, but the most important thing it taught me was diligence. This characteristic I now possess will push me to work hard at any career I face in my future. I make it a point to be a hard working individual that leads by example. This is a great quality to have as an educator. I want my students to be able to look to me as a mentor and someone to look up to. Lastly, but most important, working at the resort has shown me that your job never ends. You can always do more and you can always do better. During my professional career I will always seek opportunities to better myself and those around me.
