My role involves: • Customer Engagement: Greeting and assisting guests with a friendly, positive attitude, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience from entry to exit. • Game and Activity Support: Guiding guests through the various games and activities, explaining rules, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly. • Cash Handling and Sales: Managing guest transactions at the counter, including processing payments, upselling promotions, and handling queries regarding packages and memberships. • Safety and Cleanliness: Ensuring the safety and cleanliness of all areas, including games and facilities, to provide a high-quality experience for guests.In this role, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, while consistently contributing to a fun and energetic environment for guests of all ages.
