I am a professional project manager with extensive experience in delivering complex and innovative HVAC, Security and BMS projects for industry leaders, utilising cutting edge technology and processes to deliver successful Energy Performance contracts to the satisfaction of both internal and external stakeholders.I started with a duel trade background as an electrical fitter/mechanic and refrigeration mechanic.I then moved to BMS systems and was responsible for the maintenance and repairs on 2 of the largest service contracts for Honeywell (Woodside gas WA and Qantas Jet base NSW.I have delivered numerous multi-million dollar EPC (Energy Performance) contracts encompassing BMS, lighting, Mechanical Services upgrades, Water management, solar, co-Generation and Biogas. These have all required interfacing with BMS and integrating with a developing energy dashboard project. I supplied commissioning support for all disciplines.I have also been involved with the initial energy audits and development of feasibility studies and then taken the projects through to the final M&V and client handover.I have been responsible for the engagement and control of Sub-contractors and suppliers.I have delivered complex HVAC and BMS projects for tier 1 contractors on both green and brownfield sites as well as occupied buildings. These covered Data centres, Hospitals, offices, Red Cross blood bank etc.I have led various teams both in direct delivery (project team) and external teams (product development) as well as contributing to improvements within the projects group.I have mentored a number of engineers and project managers to become successful in their chosen fields. I enjoy challenge and have a proven track record in delivering difficult projects on time and on budget with repeat works from the clients.
