Yoga has enabled me to grow and provided the space for me to be who I have always been. Prior to yoga I tried to be the person I thought I “should be” or was “supposed to be”. Yoga taught, and continues to teach, me to be in the present moment. This allows me to feel who I am—my authentic self—and fully embrace me.The work has not been easy or instant. However, the results have taken me on a path of change that has brought great purpose to my life. I have gradually developed a practice that serves me and have come to realize that yoga never ends, on or off the mat.I enjoy traveling to see different places, cultures, and perspectives. Like yoga I dive into these trips. This immersion allows me to see, feel, and learn from the experiences abroad, and gives me the opportunity to see how we are all so similar and connected. Deep compassion comes from this.As a teacher and guide, I offer you space, compassion and love. This gives you the possibility for growth and of feeling what is within you. Lifeguards frequently use reach poles, buoys and rescue rings during water rescues.
