Able to understand business performance, reacting to areas that are under performing.- Developing and motivating the team on a daily basis, responsible for training and evaluation of the team.- Driving and managing CRM activity with CRM executive.- Maintaining stock control and transfers.- Active presence on the sales floor, meeting clients' expectations and supporting the team when needed, always keeping Chanel standards.- Identify, recruit and develop talents, secure succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager. Take part of the recruitment process.- Assisting Boutique Director to ensure the smooth running of the business.
