Use analytics and business intelligence tools to develop Operations Dashboards, metrics and billing information using MS Excel Power Point and related tools. Provide the analytical information to the Executive Team. Serves as the Compliance Manager in charge of SOC 2 Type 2 reporting. Additionally, serves at a liaison between Operations and the outsourced IT Management team. Support the Business Development team developing pricing models and acts as the Sr. Project Manager to bring up new accounts to the business.

The Global Quality and Analytics Leader is responsible to deploy Quality initiatives based on Six Sigma, BPMS and Lean Manufacturing Methodologies. The Global Quality and Analytics Leader performs data mining and analysis that supports the VP-Global Operations, Site Leaders and/or Clients in determining new areas of opportunity.
