Current➤ Driving sales, profitability, processes, and customer service for a $40M/year sales store by leading and coaching team members in executing strategies or meeting objectives while managing teams with vision and purpose.➤ Managing over 110 employees including training, coaching, and developing Senior Managers and Department Managers while creating a culture that incorporates the company's strategic priorities as a solid foundation for each department.➤ Developing strategies to drive the clubs P&L and EBITDA, managing inventory levels, purchasing, operational processes, payroll, and shrink to achieve annual cost savings of over 11% annually on average for 6 years running.➤ Leading the operations as well as profitability of the club, delivering an excellent member experience, providing market-leading value on merchandise and services, and ensuring a safe, positive environment and experience.➤ Developing Managers for internal growth and assisting with the hiring process of outside company management.➤ Creating a club culture where team members feel challenged, know how to be successful, are encouraged to do their best, and are recognized for their accomplishments while clearly communicating, giving direction, and validating results.➤ Managing talent and building a strong bench by encouraging team member growth and development, holding team members accountable, having difficult conversations, and providing honest, actionable feedback.➤ Maintaining an ongoing awareness of local competition and current trends in the retail marketplace, controlling operating costs, establishing operational efficiencies, and implementing new concepts to maximize profitability.➤ Meeting planned profit objectives through effective techniques, technological improvements, and productivity enhancements as well as monitoring expenses and adjusting expenditures as necessary to achieve profit objectives.
